REFUND POLICY

Refund

We usually take 5-7 days to process any returns or exchange.

However, we only offer refunds on certain conditions.

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return.
• Your return can only be processed with a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used for social media images or photoshoots.
• Please only return the product to the manufacturer.
• In rare circumstances, only partial reimbursements are provided (if applicable)
• Not due to our error, any item not in its original state is damaged or missing pieces.

Refunds (if applicable)

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to advise you that we have received your returned item. Also, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within 7 days.

Exchange (if applicable)

We will only replace things if they are faulty or somehow damaged. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, write an email to digiyoshconsultantcenterpvtltd@gmail.com stating that you would like to do so.
